Engineering Advantage
I — Virtual Fitting
Fast Sampling
70% faster R&D with CLO3D. Validate fit, silhouette, and construction virtually before cutting a single meter of fabric. Rapid iterations, instant decisions, and zero material waste. Approve the design in 3D and get a production-ready sample on the first try.
II — Phased Acceptance
Financial & Process Insurance
Your budget is protected by phased acceptance. Control points: Design → Patterns → Sample → Technical Docs → Batch. You advance only after 100% approval of the previous stage.
III — Global Reach
Industry-Leading Speed
Minimum lead times through on-the-ground control in three hubs:
China (Sourcing & Lab): Direct procurement and step-by-step fabric production control. Full lab testing for all international certifications.
Vietnam (R&D & Production): Complex engineering; small to medium runs. Fabric logistics: 2–4 days from China, 5 days from Europe/Japan.
Bangladesh (Mass Scale): High-volume capacity for large-scale orders.
We eliminate delays at the source. From raw material validation to final shipping, you get a seamless supply chain with uncompromising quality control.
IV — Error Prevention
Cost Savings
We stop disruptions before they start. Leveraging years of crisis management for multi-million dollar contracts, we've integrated deep industry fail-safes into our technical documentation.
We act as troubleshooters, identifying inconsistencies in tech packs or first stitches long before they lead to cancellations. You get a bulletproof production process that eliminates expensive errors and protects your bottom line.
V — Sell More, Return Less
Commercial Performance
Data-Driven Profitability. We build products that sell. Upon request, we conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to align your collection with current demand.
By combining big data insights with precision engineering, we ensure maximum sell-through and customer loyalty. You get a commercially validated product designed for high performance and minimal returns.

Development Process — 7 Phases
Systemic Precision. Global Execution
No MOQ. We develop collections starting from 5 styles or $3,552 AUD
Free consultation, audit of the idea, formation of assortment matrix. Creating a mood board and collecting all necessary technical information.
Result
A clear strategic brief, validated concept direction, and a complete technical specification ready for design.
Creating artistic sketches. Develop 2–4 design variations per model to find the perfect balance of style and functionality.
Result
Approved artistic sketches for each style with selected design direction, ready for technical conversion.
Translating creativity into engineering. Creation of flat technical sketches with detailed drawing of all components, seams and fitting's locations.
Result
Production-ready CAD files for every style, with full component breakdowns and construction annotations.
Development of professional patterns taking into account fabric shrinkage and ergonomics. Preparing the basis for digital and physical modeling.
Result
A complete graded pattern set per style, optimised for minimal waste and accurate fit across all target sizes.
3D visualisation for final fit check + production of rough physical sample. Making edits and creating a Gold Sample.
Result
An approved Gold Sample — the benchmark garment that all production units are measured against.
Formation of a complete technical package (BOM, specifications, measurement card) + a complete list of verified suppliers of all components.
Result
A factory-ready tech pack and a curated supplier shortlist — everything needed to go straight to production.
Scaling up to industrial batch. Full operational control on the line (In-line) and final quality inspection before shipment.
Result
Finished, QC-passed units packed and ready for delivery — on spec, on time, at scale.
Our Previous Work
A few projects we've proudly delivered
Physical Sample 01
First-round physical sample produced for fit and construction review. Evaluated against the tech pack specifications before approving for bulk production.

Physical Sample 02
Second iteration incorporating fit corrections from the first review. Seam placement and ease adjustments applied ahead of the pre-production sample stage.

Physical Sample 03
Construction detail review focusing on hardware placement, stitching quality, and finishing standards. Cross-referenced with supplier specification sheets.

Physical Sample 04
Fabric and colorway sample confirming dyeing, wash, and finish treatments. Checked against approved lab dips and reference swatches from the material library.

Physical Sample 05
Pre-production sample in final fabric with confirmed trims. Approved for size set sampling following sign-off from the design and quality assurance teams.

Physical Sample 06
Size set sample reviewed across the full grade. Proportional balance, pocket position, and label placement verified against the measurement chart.

Physical Sample 07
Trim and accessory sample featuring buttons, zippers, and labels in production quality. Assessed for durability, colour fastness, and brand compliance.

Physical Sample 08
Top-of-production sample pulled from the bulk run for final quality inspection. Measurements, workmanship, and finishing checked before shipment approval.

Physical Sample 09
Detail closeup documenting interior construction — seam finishing, lining attachment, and bartack reinforcement points. Used for future factory reference.

Physical Sample 10
Approved final production sample archived as the gold seal reference. Retained alongside the complete tech pack for quality benchmarking and reorder purposes.

CLO3D Render 01
Fully simulated 3D garment render built from the technical pattern. Used to validate fit, drape, and silhouette before committing to physical sampling.

CLO3D Render 02
360° rotation capture showing back construction, hem balance, and sleeve pitch. Colour and fabric properties mapped using real-world material data.

CLO3D Render 03
Stress map analysis highlighting tension points and ease distribution across the body. Informed pattern corrections before first physical proto was ordered.

CLO3D Render 04
Final approved digital prototype with confirmed colorway and trim layout. Exported for use in buyer presentations and line sheet visualisations.

Design 01
Conceptual design illustration capturing the initial silhouette direction for the collection. Mood, proportion, and key details are established at this stage.

Design 02
Developed design with construction notes, material call-outs, and colourway options. Bridges the gap between creative concept and technical execution.

Design 03
Technical flat with design intent annotations. Combines creative direction with production-ready detail — handed off directly to the pattern-making team.

Design 04
Final approved design artwork showing front, back, and detail views. Locked for tech pack development and submitted to the sourcing team for fabric selection.

Tech Pack 01
Cover page and style summary including style number, season, colorways, and target markets. Acts as the document header for the complete technical package.

Tech Pack 02
Front and back technical flat with callout lines referencing each construction detail. Annotations include stitch type, SPI, seam allowance, and pressing requirements.

Tech Pack 03
Bill of materials listing all shell fabrics, linings, interlinings, and trims with supplier codes, composition, and minimum order quantities per component.

Tech Pack 04

Master pattern block with full seam allowances, grain lines, and notch positions. Developed in size M and used as the base for grading across the full size run.

Pattern 02
Graded nested pattern showing size increments from XS to XL. Grade rules verified against the measurement chart and fit-tested on a calibrated dress form.

Pattern 03
Cut file layout optimised for 148cm fabric width. Marker efficiency calculated to minimise waste, with each piece labelled and directionally placed on grain.

Print 01
Original artwork developed for digital or screen printing. Repeat structure, colourway, and placement coordinates supplied to the print house with the strike-off brief.

Print 02
Approved strike-off showing colour accuracy and repeat alignment on the production fabric. Pantone references confirmed and matched before bulk yardage is printed.
